good day everyone wanna ask about my status as i am currently restoring it. can i still continue working? got my aor already and my wp extension was refused thats why i lost my status. Hope someone can enlighten me

it says there that i was not able to provide offer of employment and paid the employer compliance fee which i already submitted together on my restoration of status application.. still pending decision thats why i want to ask if i can still work while waiting for the decision.

I don’t think you cab work when you’ve applied for restoration. Since you don’t have any status at this point .. you are not on work permit nor on implied status ..

Interesting is the five applicants in my list who got DM in March of 2021 didn't do upfront medical. They did a medical test after receiving medical request. I don't think IRCC gives a penalty to applicants who did upfront medical. But... it does in my list. I hope it isn't a fact.

I hope so. Same thing would be for my friend. He is MPNP inland. Did upfront medical. Submitted his e-medical sheet via webform after receiving his Medical Request from CIC. What do you think on this?

I did my medical on January 8 and still waiting for my webform response let alone medical pass
And my other friend he did it in january last (After MR) and got mp after 10 15 days

Call Ircc today and having been updated that my "background check" in processing. Anyone knows that how long for the background checking time?

What did an agent say about security? It is not clear background check is in progress. Does it mean security starts? As I know, the agents in the call center only say "not started" or "done". They may not give information that it is started or in progress. Please let me know if you hear others. Happy Friday!!! Thanks~
