Gcms for sowp rejection

Hi

I recently applied for GCMS notes for my previous SOWP rejection on Jan 10th and haven't got any response.As per my understanding GCMS note processing time is only 30-40 days. Now it's became 60 days and I'm still waiting for response from them.

Team, How to escalate this issue to them for getting response?

Not sure but just so you are aware an OWP isn't guaranteed for the spouses of international students.
