Hi Guys, I got a VISA refusal for SP - SDS on 1st March, and after discussing with the consultant, they have asked me to create a CA net worth certificate to show family ties and financials. can anyone share a format of how to make a CA net worth certificate?

Hello @Jolever , I cannot share the financial certificate I submitted with my visa application because of security concerns, but this is the general format I used for it. Replace the USD with CAD and change the wording to reflect any and all forms of financial proof you are going to use.

1. Loan Amount (if availed) -> mention the amount you used from it to pay Tuition fee (if you did) and what amount is leftover
2. GIC Certificate if you submitted it
3. ITRs amount
4. Bank Balance Amount
5. Valuated amounts of property, jewelry, etc

Mention the exchange rate of CAD to your currency (as accurate as possible).

Got ppr on 5th March. Saw email on 6th March for same. I emailed Ottawa office in Jan and raised few webforms as well. I got reply from at the same time to check GIC account.so it looked like webform and emails are waste of time but they are not. Hope you all receive visa. This waiting time is making us very anxious.

I took admission in one of the suspended colleges of quebec..its been a year now and have not received any decision on my application....so Is it advisable to change college, course and province while study permit application is under review? Has anyone of you done that? If yes, what are the approaches and documents required to update ircc regarding the same? Looking forward for genuine advice.

By calling IRCC, agent told me we can't give you details about your file since your file is in Abu Dhabi now.

Abu Dhabi VO is notorious for their thuggery by delaying decisions. From my point of view it looks like an approval.
