Poor marks can i still apply ?

5.8 CGPA in 10th
And in 12th also i have poor marks -
English 83
Accounting 55
Business 53
Economics 69
Physical 77
And i want to study bachelor in accounting only
What are my chances of getting the offer letter ?

Although it is really low, don't let it discourage you. Apply and find out, probably to colleges or lower Universities, don't apply to Universities like McGill, U of T etc.

You want to do Accounting but your two most applicable subjects, business, and accounting have the lowest marks. That will be a red flag.

Having a 55% in accounting and applying for an accounting degree may be an issue for gaining admittance.
