woek experience documents for student visa

Hi all, I have been working with my father since 2018 after I finished my Bachelor's.
I have handled his business since then but I was never paid as in I was given money as i required it for my personal use not on salary or counted as staff.
I'm going to apply for my student visa but I'm confused what documents should I provide with regards to my work experience.
Please help me with the information.
I am going in for a Human Resources management, post graduate diploma Program in St. clair college.

I have no idea what documents you have related to your family business. Maybe anything related to it, such as a contract between you and your dad etc.
