TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) police certificate for Express Entry

I would like to know if anyone here from TRNC or has lived in TRNC has applied for express entry. I, recently came across an applicant whose police clearance from TRNC was not accepted. Has anyone faced a similar issue? if yes, please advise for a solution.

Hey, I'm also wondering if you could use your police clearance from north Cyprus here and is it considered cyprus or turkey while filling the application?
