If you are a pharmacy graduate why do you need a diploma? How will it help your career in your home country? Your child will need a visitor visa. Start researching Canadian programs. Also look at daycare if you need it because it is expensive in Canada.

In Canada I need a job, so planning to a diploma to increase the chances of getting a job. I cant afford for PG or PhD courses more over I should take care of my child. My child will not get a dependent visa???

But to get a study permit, you need to show the funds so you don’t need to work. And with a child, you need to show even more funds. How will a diploma increase your chances of finding a job in your home country? Nothing to do with Canada. You are going to take care of your child and go to school...how? No such thing as a dependant visa. Child applies for visitor visa.

But you still need to have the funds to afford to study and show why your program will give you career opportunities in your home country. Visa officers look at that. They will know you are trying for PR based on your profile. Improve your language scores.
