Spousal sponsorship july 2020

Hi,
I submitted my husband’s application through consultants in july 2020(thats what they’ve been telling me). But I cant see when it was received at their office or any other processing. I asked them to provide with my spouse’s account info so i can track as well online but they said until we get file number they cant tell me anything and They will be keep updating me time to time. Is there any way, i could have this information looked into by myself(i do have pdfs of documents that they have mailed to ircc in my email).

We received sponsor approval, medical request and biometrics request in first week of feb 2021. Also received acknowledgement letter saying that they received application on 13 july 2020.
Since then there is no update yet.
Waiting for passport request so eagerly now.

oh okay atleast some hope for me, I applied in oct 2020 , so you applied inland ( within canada as your husband is in canada too )

No, it is outland. He is in india
