Ok thanks I got an email saying my notes could take as long as 90 days due to covid.
I am the sponsor. Can I apply for the notes or does it have to be him. How do I get him to sign for it?
Click on the links. I sent to Lobster Girl and follow the instructions. Only the person in Canada can apply it costs $5. At the end before you submit you attach the signed form. It can be scanned so have them print it sign it scan it back.
Who email will the note come to? The person within Canada are the person outside?
Whatever email the sponsor applies with. Just that the sponsor has to apply.

Yes that's what I was saying in my last post. Plus if you look at the form it shows the PA has to give you permission. Therefore I said it can be printed signed and scanned back to the sponsor to submit.

That's all I learned. Honestly it doesn't tell you much. I'm at 77 pages of repeated foolishness. Plus you have to understand where to look to see anything that makes sense. Lol I just saw the new entries that stated Hong Kong and now I'm like I just want someone to do something. My Eligibility and Security hasn't even started so we shall see. Eligibility is the reason for the transfer.
