Hello,

I have a question regarding the annual salary in the work reference letter. It is a NOC 0 job and I only worked there for 2 months, my employer wrote the following:

XXX was employed from April 30th 2019 to June 30th 2019. XXX was a full-time employee who worked approximately 30h per week with a remuneration of $5200 during this period.

Do you think this is acceptable? Thank you in advance! :)

The salary doesn't matter. That's fine. They'll see this anyway in your T4.

What matters the most are your duties.

Thank you for your response! So it's okay that the letter doesn't mention the 'annual salary' right?

That's okay because you don't work there anymore. They are actually stating how much your earned for the hours you worked there. At the end of the day it's the same information just laid out a bit differently.
