Hello @legalfalcon by God's grace I have successfully received my pr, well it shows approved and COPR number on profile, I want to ask you how long do you think it would take for letter?

2)moreover could I start applying for my new health card and SIN number with this number that shows on my profile

Congratulations!!

After your COPR is generated, you will see approved in your MyCIC account and the document number.

To apply for SIN / Medical Card you need a copy of the COPR, so wait until you receive the COPR. Effective the date mentioned on the. COPR, you will be a PR, and you will need this date.

Just got a call from NO Caller ID around 11 EST, it is from Windsor VO. Asked my details to confirm and last port of entry date. After verifying all the details officer said congratulations we are granting you the permanent residency of Canada as of today. Office mentioned, I should get the COPR document by email by end of the day today or Monday first thing in the morning.

Update: Just received the COPR document after 2 hours of the call.

Thank you! The first GU was in sep when I passed my medicals, second was on DEC and the final one was on Jan 23 (called and confirmed that all stages were passed on that day) final decision was today after the call from ircc.

• 12 (1) Subject to this Act, every individual who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident within the meaning of subsection 2(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act has a right to and shall, on request, be given access to
  • (a) any personal information about the individual contained in a personal information bank; and
  • (b) any other personal information about the individual under the control of a government institution with respect to which the individual is able to provide sufficiently specific information on the location of the information as to render it reasonably retrievable by the government institution.
