Lambton is a joke in Toronto education circles. Everyone knows it's pretty much an immigration scheme for South Asians. Go to George Brown or Seneca. Even Centennial is better
Lol true because the Toronto and Mississauga campus is only for international students so not gonna argue on that point! XD but is the education that bad?

Oh god, I have to plan everything from the scratch then T_T thanks for the insight though your help was very much appreciated.
Their Toronto office is a partnership where the private college 'Cester College' is using the Lambton name to attract international students and give PGWP. Essentially its a money grab from intl students to give free diplomas and PGWP. Their campus is a rented office space that reminds us of those South Asian training centers. Welcome to the new Canada

Yes i know about Cestar, I even mentioned that in my very first comment and that was a very concerning topic for me. They also have a partnered college in Mississauga and that campus is also for International students. According to you what college has the best reputation in terms of education and industry link ups?

If you can, go to university. Colleges are 2nd rate in comparison to them but if you have no choice Seneca, GeorgeBrown,Humber
As far as i have researched GB has good marketing courses and yes for me university is a no go as they require 4 year bachelors and i only have 3 years (which is common in India ;-; )

Seneca, George Brown and Humber are in a different league compared to Lambton. Lambton is a diploma mill -- maybe it has a good reputation at home but it does not here.

Just because of the 2 year programs international students flock there maybe. GBC and Seneca are really great for marekting related courses I guess. I think I have to do one course in Seneca and another from GBC.

It does not matter whether it's Lambton or Seneca because the education remains the same. It's been monitored and approved by the state govt. Also, just do a google check and see the review for any college, you will find the worst review.. I mean if your goal is to get settled in Canada through pgwp then it really does not matter because all the college has to maintain a specific education standard...My friend is in centennial and he did not like it there because he did not get any co-op in his course and the other one in Lambton got a paid co-op...Honestly, it all depends on personal experience.

Kinda agree I even had a convo with senca Lambton and GBC alumni I asked almost 2-3 people from each institute and 1 from each college said a negative review (though Lambton Toronto had the most negative review)
Do you have any idea how Vancouver is in terms of Digital Marketing or Marekting? Would love to know.

Thankyou.

Well, I am in the field of Marketing and I can tell you this, if you have Canadian education and your home country experience, then chances of getting a job is much higher. When you see the job portals, Toronto has the most number of jobs. But, wherever you get the job of your desire just take it...irrespective of Toronto or Vancouver.
Co-op options are really good. It's difficult to get but so many of my friends have got it..I guess maybe it's because they already have the home experience which worked in their favor...

And those who doesn't have an experience in marketing prior will co-op (will they even hire someone in co-op who don't have any experience) or internship help them with a boost?

Definitely Yes, that's the whole point of doing co-op or internship..It will be difficult to find because your grades in college matter a lot to secure any internship/co-op. As they say, nothing is easy to get.
Honestly, you see any country in the world and the most common statement you get to hear is "there are no jobs" but eventually you secure one.
