Temporary Work (ICE and alternatives)

What are the ways to come as a Temporary worker, I know there is something called ICE (International Canadian Experience) something like that, but not quite sure, it gives an option to stay and work in Canada for up to 1 year and each participant can participate up to two times in their lifetime now not all of countries are allowed for this one, question stands what would be the ways to come beside this one are there any alternatives. You get a job offer with LMIA and apply for a closed work permit. For IEC, Where are you from and how old are you? The program is backlogged and been on hold for a year.

Unfortunately not from any country that was on a list, mine is Serbia.
