How long I have to wait for decision made

Can I ask you what is your province? inland or outland? what stream you are in?

Hi everyone, I have a question as i believe most people will get through different stages before they get to medical request. I got my AOR on Jan 28 and i don’t receive any requests about anything except just medical request yesterday. Is this process normal? I thought we have to get through different stages before we get medical request? I am inland applicant paper-based by the way. Thank you!

But we are stuck on BGC. Too sad

We are stuck on process to start, which is more painful.

If i leave the job and i have 90 days to find another one, what happen to the current application exactly?
I mean, in the next months probably i should receive the MR and if i'm lucky in 3 months i could even be around the DM.

The day i say "i leaved my job" they stop everything until i find something else or the process will continue anyway?
And in this last case, what happen if i receive the DM before the 90 days?

Hahahah we are inlands 6+ months passed no AOR

Inland applicants should now be calm and composed
We have (Not individually ) already enjoyed some processing and mr in last few months
Now with Coprs being issued to outland EE applicants it is time to clear backlog for outlanders
So We can relax and party for next 5 to 6 months with such huge backlog for outlanders

As long as your employer does not report job loss (both he and you have to report by law), no one would know. But if employer reports, I guess the province may wait to hear back from you about another job in same NOC or better. If they dont hear back, they may issue a intent to withdraw nomination or may even withdraw it. I think IRCC may run another round of PNP records before DM. If they find nomination gone, you may get ADR or NOID. But then who can predict what the officer would review about you. They may not even care about the offer anymore. Better to stick to the nomination terms as much as possible.
