Tomorrow will be 30th day marked from medical passed date, I'm gonna order another GCMS note to see if my Security has started or not.
I've noticed
1/ some cases have security starts right after Medical passed, after one month, the Security will pass
2/ some have security pending (not starts) forever
3/ some rare cases have security pass within a month and have COPR after 5days since Security pass
Meanwhile, there's no GU on my GC key.

I'm trying to understand something, is there a moment where they check if you are still working in the company where you applied for the PNP?
I'm still there obviously but like i said in another topic i really need to leave that job, so i'm trying to understand if there's a moment where is "secure" to leave my current job (even if i obviously can't find another one until the end of the pr process).

When i apply for the provincial nomination on Feb 1st, 2020
Nomination Officer called my employer 3 times to ask about
1- Working hour, job offer, job description ( Feb 20 )
2- Tax explanation, Deduction ( March 1 )
3- Am i still working there? ( March 14 )
I got Nomination Certificate on March 15, 2020
After that I applied for PR paper based on April 15th, 2020
Since then, my employer has not received any call.
Basically I m also waiting for verification from my current employer as I wanted to leave the job. They didn't call or email to my employer while in nomination process and now I have applied PR but still no verification done from my company. I m outland

I understand that more or less they don't call to check when you apply for the pr paper based after the PNP (like you said they check during the PNP) but i heard from someone here that it's possibile a small "check" between MR and DM, so i was trying to understand if was true

The tricky thing is when they ask you to show proof of funds (rare but still), how can you prove it when you quit your job unless
1- you quit your recent job to work for another employer <- this is acceptable (i think) if the new job is the same NOC with the old job (not lower)
2- you have a bank statement that tells you have enough money to settle in Canada ($12,960/ 1 person, $16,135/ 2 persons)
Again, this is my own experience, i don't know if it works in your case.
The last 27k CEC draw shows that IRCC is desperate to bring more immigrants mostly who are already in Canada. I think the aim of this draw is to fulfil yearly criteria as they can't bring outland applicants during this pandemic time and there will be many draws like this in near future.
This is a good sign for us as most of the PNP paper applicants are inland. I am sure they will prioritize our application sometime and expedite processing.
I am just making a general statement here. I don't think outland applicants processing will be paused, nor I am in favour of that. The outlanders will be in upper hand once the pandemic eases out. For now - I feel IRCC prioritizes mostly the inland applications based on their probable contribution to the economy in the near future (ex: how much wealth you can bring from your home country, buying new house, your expense power etc. - these can be easily measured from the application data).

That's not a problem. I have an agency here in Vancouver ( created 1 year ago with a couple of friends). Nothing big (we don't have an office or something, it's just on paper), but i made sufficient money to "live" only with that if i want.
My problem is that i can't leave my first job because, in theory, you need to work in the place that sponsored you with the PNP until you finish the PR application. They said that if you want to leave it you have 90 days to find another job in another company with the same NOC, but in my case it would be useless because the whole point is that i need time to work in my agency, not another company.
On top of that 2 month ago i found out that my company wanted to change office and they are moving 2 hours from my home. I can work remotely sometimes but not everyday, so now my problem is that if i have to do 3 hours (at least) of commute it will be impossibile to work for my agency.
So i'm stuck in this situation where i'm building a business and there's the risk to lose it because in theory i am obbligate to work in a place where i don't need to work.
This is why i'm trying to understand if there's a "safe point" when i can leave my job before the PR.
