Very Tricky Situation (Please help!)

Very tricky situation here, I really appreciate it if you guys can give me some suggestions especially you went through the same situation before.



So I submitted my application after the invitation. And then my application got rejected due to “incomplete” because it says my “police reports do not fully cover my time spent in my home country from 2009 to 2015 as indicated in my personal history”. This is completely wrong because I did not indicate I was in my home country during that period of time, not to mention I really was not in my home country in that period. I called IRCC and they helped me to submit a reconsideration. Meanwhile, I created another profile waiting to be invited again.



Now the situation is, I really need my new profile to be invited before early March (my birthday) so that my score remains the same (if after my birthday, very likely I cannot get invited anymore). But what if, the old application is reopen, and my new profile also gets invited, how can I withdraw the old one (I need to withdraw the reopened one because I put the wrong NOC there, so I’m sure even they reopen it now, they will reject it again for NOC)?



OMG, I know this is ridiculous and I’m fucked, but anyone can give me suggestions please?

You don't have any other options except waiting for another invitation.
If you are certain that your profile will be rejected if reconsidered put your efforts towards new profile. And request to cancel the first one.

thanks guys. I called IRCC and they said i can request to withdraw the previous application (if it's reopen) and at the same time submit a new one if i get invited again before my birthday soon.

but .....i don't think i will get invited in 1 week time ...

seriously, i just think it's so unfair that my previous application got rejected because of their mistakes!
