Quick question ?
I was outland applicant, when i sent my paper based application to ircc but right now i am inland. I got my permit and moved to canada three months before. Will immigration consider my application as an outland or inland applicant ?

uploaded the webform since Jan 22 (thrice already).
You have to receive a confirmation email that they received your documents and attached to your file. I don't remember exactly, I guess I received that email a month after I uploaded. Or you can call IRCC, but it's hard to reach them, have to call several times.

I am in same state. My GCMS clearly says CoR as USA and COUNTERFOIL REQUIRED as yes. :(
Address shows Canadian current address. Also looking at the delays on my file, I think an Outland is always a Outland even though he is inland :(

I saw medical passed earlier after I got AOR but now due to expiration of medical in Feb 2021 it changed to You do not need a medical exam. We will let you know if it changes, Does this mean I have to do it all again ? Also no BIL yet. AR July 9th, AOR Jan5th.
You don't need is the default message. There is high likelihood of remedical. Your timeline makes no sense unless AR is in 2019 and AoR is in 2020. Or else the medical was from previous Visa. Why not mention the years. It's confusing.

My progress bar disappeared two weeks ago and it wasn't any update since that time. Today my progress bar came back and it shows the estimated time OCTOBER, 2021

It was August 2021 before. But in the very very beginning it was July. So they easily added 3 months. Upset.
Exact same timelines.

Did you updated your address and other information with ircc after getting Aor ?

They are full filling my expectation of 2 year processing time that i speculated when covid restrictions were first put in place
And My other fear was that these times can very well go beyond between 30 to 36 month ( Remember 22 month is average time , So almost more than half i guess would have already exceeded that timeline ( If one applicant is processed in 11 month and another in 33 month it would still show 22 month processing time )
Expert opinions welcome
No criticism for ircc , bcoz ircc works with whatever resources they have and figured that out when i was frustrated at first .... And to be honest with resources available ircc is going way beyond in processing paper based files So kudos and appreciation

And i don't mean to discourage anyone , but i would also like to point out that whenever Canada has done any changes to process (to make it faster) the applicants who filed under previous existing system suffer a lot
AINP was the the best example when they changed rules and all
