@legalfalcon please i need your advice desperately. I am in a serius state of confusion. We submitted the bank statement with a consent letter to prove i have access to the funds. Please am I on the right track. @legalfalcon
Yes. If an applicant’s spouse is accompanying, the applicant can show the funds held together in a joint account to meet the PoF requirement. However, to be able to show the funds for meeting the PoF requirement, held in an account under the spouse’s name only, the applicant must prove that they have access to the funds. This can me done by the spouse executing an affidavit affirming that the funds held in the spouse’s account can be used by the applicant for the purpose of meeting the PoF requirements. It does not matter where the spouse is accompanying or not. If you have a letter or an affidavit from the spouse, that will suffice.@legalfalcon I think in the query spouse is uaccompanying, that's why the worry on his/her part.

Biometrics: provided in 2019
I got the normal one too although the VFS people tried hard to sell Premium to me. Many people ahead of me in the queue who took Premium were still waiting to submit their biometrics whereas I got mine done so quickly (within 5 minutes) through the normal mode. Seemed like a scam or a really inefficient way of handling Premium services.Oh great!! So u opted for premium services or the normal one?

If IRCC needs additional documents, they will let you know.
Ghost update. When your profile shows up it has been updated, but nothing has changed. What does GU mean?
So I have biometrics request. But the appointments are a little far away ! Will ircc wait till we give our biometrics to proceed forward or will they continue processing it parallely . I ask this because it’s just finger printing and we have submitted all our police verification documents etc .. so will ircc actually wait for biometrics to process it further ?
