IRCC request letter: Request for reupload of POF?!

Hi everyone, I just received a request for documents from IRCC (AOR Jan 6th 2021). They are saying that my POF document did not properly upload into their system and are giving me 7 days to respond to this request. See below for the letter they sent me. What is weird is that I can see my document properly uploaded into the system in my list of documents. And it is the correct document, and has all the required info. Should I just reupload the exact same document...?

Funds, proof: The documents you provided did not upload properly into your application.
Please provide current, official letter(s) from your financial institution(s) which list all current bank and investment accounts, as well as outstanding debts such as credit cards and loans.
Letter(s) must:
- be printed on the financial institution's letterhead and include their contact information (address, telephone number and email address)
- include your name
- list outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans
- include, for each current bank and investment account, the - account numbers
- date each account was opened
- current balance of each account
- average balance for the past 6 months
This must be received at this office by: 2021/03/04

The file maybe was corrupted (damaged while uploading )they might be validating your POF nevertheless you'd rather provide an updated POF + processing period means more than 6 months for example your AOR Jan6th you request an account statement as per their request ( take the email with you to bank) from 1st of July to date.
