Hi Guys,

Just now I saw my ECAS status that they started processing my application last February 10, 2021. Please find below:

Permanent Residence

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 31, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 3, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on February 10, 2021.

Is this a good sign that my file is complete and they will just ask for additional documents? I provided a PCC however this is already expired as it took them 18 months to open my file, so I believe CIC will ask for my updated PCC.

It's different from the temporary UCI they provided initially. When I get my Permanent UCI and AOR, I was able to link and access my application status in my CIC account.

I don't know bro. I am an outland applicant. Not familiar with the work permit UCI. I'm not inside Canada. My permanent UCI Number is 10 digits.
