May 2021 Intake students can enter Canada in March?

I am fresh student, Planning to fly in March. First, will land in Toronto and quarantine over there, after that will fly Nova Scotia Sydney as my university over there. My university said that they won’t provide any letter, you have to come your own risk.
May intake class could be online based, but not sure yet.

2 months is okay-ish. They recommend 4-6 weeks in advance. Just hope the officer won't deny you entry for being there too early.

Thank you for the reply, I will book my ticket on 25th of March. I have paid only 1500 CAD to university and rest I will carry with me and pay over there, when I will enroll. Is that will be problem? And do I need any other letter from university apart from offer letter?

That's not a problem. You should be fine. An offer letter is enough. You can also carry all the required documents just in case. In my case, I was only asked for my offer letter plus the POE and passport.
