If your biometrics is not on file, then criminality and info sharing will be pending, bit eligibility will be processed.

Yes, the criminality is done not only by PCC, but starting in 2018, the biometrics are sent to RCMP. If the biometrics are not on file, the criminality will be pending. see https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/corporate-initiatives/biometrics/process-steps-2018.html

CEC inland. called IRCC today said all stages are passed waiting for final decision.

I called today he said all the assessments are passes and your file is transferred to local visa office.

AOR date is the date they consider as doc submission date

Neither. AOR or ITA are not factors based on which applications are processed.

Just got off the call with the agent. The eligibility is recommended pass. Background check is in progress. Security hasn't started yet. What do you guys think? How much longer its gonna be?
