Enquiry regarding gic

I did not received any confirmation mail for gic, i transferred money to my gic account on 8th February 2021 and today it's 23th February still no mail of confirmation. What should I do?

Call your bank(one where you applied for gic) and ask about the status regarding your payment. I’m assuming you applied in Scotia bank because it’s taking you weeks to proceed your gic.

where did you apply for your GIC? CIBC? Does the confirmation available in 48hours or so?
