Hello All,

I have received an invitation under Canadian Experience class in first week of January-2021. My CRS score is 500 and cutoff of that round was 461.
Currently I am working in a company located in GTA (Ontario) so my current residential address is in Ontario. But if I move to Quebec (due to change in job) while my PR is under process then will it affect my PR? What precautions should I need to follow?

If you move to Quebec while your PR application is still in process, it implies an intention to settle in Quebec, which is not allowed in the Express Entry system. You should wait till your PR application is approved.

Thank you very much for replying. It would be highly appreciated if you guide me towards some written proof of this rule.

Unfortunately, the IRCC rules are pretty vague about this. All they say is that you must have intention to settle outside Quebec, but they do not specify how you are supposed to prove that. There are long discussion threads about this in the Quebec immigration sub-forum, about applying under Express Entry from inside Quebec. Basically, successful applicants had to move out of Quebec and work from home outside Quebec, or get a new job, to prove that they don't intend to settle in Quebec. A job is your strongest tie to a province, so it stands to reason that if you move to Quebec while your application is in process, it will come off as an intention to settle in Quebec.
