No reply from VFS Delhi

I recieved my ppr from IRCC on 17th Feb. I submitted a passport request using the newly launched VFS webform. Till date I haven’t recieved a payment link. Their numbers are invalid , they are not replying to emails. What should I do ?

Even I am waiting for the payment link, I filled the webform on 18th Feb.

In the new webform there is no payment link generated afterwards. You have to pay just after filling the webform in VFS site only.
