I think you can, as long as your sister has registered you as her brother in the system, and you have done the same while applying for the PR. Just send a web form (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?) with all the details about your case and your sisters details for confirmation that you can travel. A print of their confirmation should suffice.1. reside outside the US.
2. My sister is a citizen
3. My COPR is issued after 18 March 2020.

Good luck Sam, hopefully everything goes smooth sailing.
Thank you guys! I will try it. Seriously, over the past 24 months, this express entry thing has already been a long journey and considering the new restrictions will simply knock you unconscious. hope this ends well for all applicants with COPR.Yes, you can. Apply for a written authorization under the extended family member.
My friend just landed with some bank statements which were not checked at all. To be on the safe side just get as many as bank statement as you can.Perfect, I got a signed statement from my bank yesterday. I will be carrying all documents that were used in the application process and goods to follow documents. A simple printout of goods on MS word works right?
Is there anything I missed?
HiHello @Ann7676 that's promising news, did they have any immediate family in Canada? I'm asking as we are in the same boat, my wife and I's visas are expiring by April but we don't have immediate family in Canada. It does say on the travel restrictions that you'll be allowed in if you're entering from the US: https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/answers/foreign-us-approved-perm-res
You indicated that you are:Yes, you can. Apply for a written authorization under the extended family member.
I will post things I have done/going to do. Please correct me if I'm wrong.Having an extended family member counts. Once you receive that exemption letter from IRCC (contact them via email), then you're good to go.
Most of the places have free cancellation till 48hrs before the trip. Otherwise it is always a risk to but we do not have any choice. In which city are you staying?I need a little help from the ones who have already landed are about to land- what places did you book to quarantine? The cancellation and refund policies of the places on airbnb and booking.com are bugging me. Given the condition that we need negative covid test within 72 hours of the departure, how can we be 100% sure that we will check in on the given date.
Where should I look for the places which have flexible cancellation policies?
Thanks.
Nope as of current restrictions. Only your 3rd point matters the most here.1. reside outside the US.

You can still try for exemptions. Try reading about it online.
