it shows for Phillipines processing time 12 weeks. you barely make it

do you guys know if processing time is accurate? if they say 8 or 12 weeks then it wont be sooner than 8-12 weeks right?

Applied Oct 1, BVL received on Oct 20 but no update till date. DLI just added in approved list on 17th Nov. May 2021 intake - Fanshawe.

if your country is UAE then it says 19 weeks processing time so if you applied in October you should be getting it in March

It was sooner. - 9 weeks for SP and 30 days for my SOWP

I think her IRCC processing time was as per the Philippines and not UAE, hence it was sooner. As she applied from the Philippines as mentioned in her signature.

then study permit for your husband and SOWP for you? and 9 weeks is good time

Don't worry, I learned that here a couple of weeks ago as well.

Main applicant gets study permit (SP) and spouse gets open work permit (SOPW).
