I'm not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200 (1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history
Only solution for this is to provide an evidence that you had travelled to many countries abroad and had returned safely without overstaying, if you don't have a record yet, create one.

For these two reasons you need to work on your SOP/LOE and show enough tuition, living expense and ties back at home.

And yes, I'm gonna reapply once again by paying new processing fee this Monday.
Like some of you who asked me earlier, I have already posted relevant documents to prove that I'll be returning back to my home country.
I'll be re-uploading them once again.
I have got a recommendation letter from my professors and from the DEAN along with 1st-semester transcripts.
Right now my GPA is at 3.894. Fingers crossed. Hope, I get a positive response as early as possible.
What's the purpose of reconsideration if they are going to say it was considered already, a very adamant attitude from their side. Hopefully this VO will receive an attitude adjustment soon by the judge.

Raise a webform. This might take some time though but do it. Ask about your Medical and file status. Meanwhile apply for GCMS notes. This will take atleast 30 days. If you get PPR before that, then great. If you get a refusal, atleast you will have your GCMS notes to rely on to reapply.

I agree what mentioned below, but haven't seen any major effect by using Webform unless you have compelling reason. They are processing files quite randomly.. but I have heard that recently they started processing Mar files so soon, you may hear from them.

Best is to go for GCMS like phaijalkhan mentioned.

Agree though recommend obtaining the Gcms Notes from CBSA instead of IRCC, same process, cost, etc, see more https://bit.ly/34nuJPu

So, The reason mentioned in the refusal is pretty generic saying that I won't leave CA. Why did they give me AIP in the first place? Also, MY DLI is way beyond the refund stage. IDK guys. Feel so dejected. I'm gonna reapply again. Anyone else in the same boat as me?
I have attached images for my AIP, Biometrics and Refusal letter. Both bio letter and refusal on same day.
AIP - https://ibb.co/LPmZBpN
Bio - https://ibb.co/v4x1k9h
Refusal - https://ibb.co/vdnFGM1
The same happened with me on the 12 of December. Did you reapply

So sorry to hear that. Could you please share your timeline? When did you get BVL?

Any way to sue Ottawa Visa office? They gave me unfair reasons too on my refusal after aip
You can hire an attorney in Canada and file an appeal against the decision but mind you its a very costly process and chances of your success are slim but it could be done.

Do i reapply under non sds? Someone here was mentioning how applying through non sds gets your application viewed by a local visa office or (is the local visa office Ottawa processing centre)?

I would suggest you to raise a webform immediately explaining you have successfully completed your 1st semester and are currently in 2nd, also attach your GIC and proof of fee payment and your AIP and request a review of the decision. Chances are your refusal could be reversed. Meanwhile order GCMS notes.

If you dont get a positive reply to the webform then reapply with a strong SOP giving a strong rebuttal to each refusal reason mentioned in GCMS notes.
