COPR this week?

My VO office in Etobicoke. how can I follow up or contact them ? Thank you.

Same VO. I called IRCC and an agent sent a follow up to VO. Then I called next week and an agent told me that the response was that I should just wait

I called cic too she said she has put a note and you should recieve it by 24th Feb, let's see

Yes, an agent said that 2 weeks is a standard due date by which the VO should send the letter.

After 10 long months - Got my COPR.

AOR: End of May.
Bio: End of Sept.
Interview: End of Nov
COPR: Feb 18th

Inland CEC Toronto.

Not feeling happy or thankful to CIC - unacceptable and poor process. Why am I still angry? Because a lot of people who had applied prior to me are in waiting. I know the feeling when I read about COPRs being issued within 6 months when inland applicants were waiting from almost a year.

Regardless, here if you guys have any queries.

So if my file was transfered to Etobicoke on Feb 8th, I should also receive (phone call or an email ) within days? Does Etobicoke practically sends CoPR within two weeks?

Etobicoke issues COPRs in two ways: via IRCC account or via PR confirmation portal.
Not sure how fast they issue via IRCC account.
But, if you go through the PR confirmation portal route, it could take longer. Example my case: transferred to etobicoke in November 2020, received PR confirmation portal email and uploaded photo + address in early January, then got my COPR just last week.

Yeah, there’s no pattern on which app goes through new PR confirmation portal and IRCC account. I’d say give it a month, if you haven’t heard back contact: Etobicoke-CIC-APR@cic.gc.ca takes them 2 weeks to respond.

Medical passed: Sep 03
Biometric completed: Nov 12
Background check completed: Feb 13
Approved: Feb 18
COPR on account: Feb 19
