The only facts we have is about the processing time in 2019 . Over 80% of the FSW applicants took about 9 Months to process according to IRCC ( this was precovid ). We don't have stats for last year but I am assuming applications took longer .
With the current scenario of travel restrictions and so many people having expired COPR unless things don't change in terms of vaccinations, lifting of the restrictions outland applicants might have to prepare mentally for a longer processing.
Ofcourse like everyone else I hope we all get our PPR email soon but the wait might be longer than we expect.

In 2019 they did not prioritize inland over Outland. Right now they do and it is even more complicated to predict the processing time.
Also, I know a person who applied in 2019 CEC and got it in 1 month. So the average is really average and can tell us a little about particular singe case.

Agreed only time will tell, every application is different and has so many variations. Let's just wait and see .

Guys please help. My friend had 2 years of total experience. Out of which 1.8 years he has worked as professional lending advisor and then was promoted to real estate advisor both are noc 6235 which is B level. What documents will he require and his employer has been the same which is TD Bank.

considering the delay in starting biometrics in India and overall processing, it's obvious the medicals which are valid only for a year will expire as well much before landing
does that mean we would need a fresh medical done?

Appreciate everyone is frustrated with processing times and theorising about what if's and possible scenarios, but, stating things like this when it is not factually correct or been officially confirmed by Canadian authorities can be very misleading, can gain momentum as 'forum gossip' and add to people's stress and panic. Furthermore, it could even lead to excess submissions via webform and phone calls which doesn't help anyone's case, given it further saturates the office(s) of the IRCC.

I've even seen people scaremongering about what they deem to be an omission from the application i.e. a form being vital when it's optional or sometimes not even required at all. Again, this leads to increased panic and more webforms being submitted, which is potentially slowing down the processing times as it distracts a limited staff load from an already backlogged system.

Let's all continue to support each other, but I ask kindly we keep the misleading statements and scaremongering to a minimum, if possible. Best of luck to everyone that is a December 2020 AOR and look forward to hearing of everyone's success in coming months.

Of course i understand that and I appreciate a lot of people quite simply have their lives 'on hold' while this plays out. That being said, even more so, I stand by what I said in avoiding posting conjecture as it helps nobody

I'm from Hong Kong and with the recent changes in the processing time of HK residents, I'd like to ask whether if priority processing is also eligible for FSW program? According to the official site, it isn't stated. Wondering if anyone here would know.
