Thank You for your response:)
It’s very frustrating now :(
I know....my AOR is in July 2nd, but when I call them, they said all categories are in progress even eligibility. they didn't even say "looking good" or anything.... My application is just for my self. I feel it's pretty straightforward but nothing happen.

medical doctor on work permit expires June 1, 2021.
AOR July 8, per agent, "Welcome to Canada, passed all and just wait to contact you, there is backlog". My hospital started processing my papers to extend my work permit that expires on June 1st. I have to submit the documents for the work permit extension. Wonder what happens first :)? i want to delay submission but the hospital secretatiat expects me to submit soon..
So you passed everything and just waiting for copr? When you have 4 months or less left on your work permit you can apply for a bridge open work permit. Your immigration lawyer should know this.

Hello, I just called the IrCc agent m. She told me everything is passed in your profile and they don’t need any additional document. You just have to wait for the final review from the officer,
I am wondering what that means could someone please help me.
thank you

It is not only your application. My application is similar to your situation! Unfortuanly, IRCC reviews files selectively and they only issue new AOR instead of focusing on existing applications. It is such a chaos in the department. I wish they could learn a bit from UK and Australia!

Not sure about the UK (it does have a new points system), but AU and NZ seemed to have stopped inviting new applicants, particularly from overseas. But still many of the applications have been delayed. I know a friend of mine who applied for AU PR from overseas and has been in progress for over 12 months. There are stories about NZ inland applicants who have waited over 18 months without a result, some got dropped because they lost their jobs during the pandemic (NZ has an annual salary threshold of NZ$ 55,000).

Hey all the people who are getting copr, what is virtual landing? Are they calling everybody before issuing copr?
And does primary applicant and dependent get different copes???
