As the title said, I have a job offer from a company in Montreal but they allow me to work remotely due to COVID.
I am also about to create my EE profile. I have a Master's degree in Canada so I think it's very likely that I will get an ITA. However, I understand that FSW dictates that I must not plan to live in Quebec and I don't intend to learn French to apply for Quebec's own immigration program.
I will not include the job offer in my EE profile (since it's not LMIA and I already have enough points).
Note that, if the COVID situation is better, I may have to go to Montreal, but I think if I get a PR before that, it will be fine.
So my question is: Can I apply for the FSW program while working remotely from Toronto (or any other non-Quebec provinces) for a company in Quebec? How does CIC determine my intention to live outside/inside Quebec with the information I will be putting in my application?
