You are in right track now days the process starts faster there are not too many people applying for H&c like 2018 or 2019 because the border are closed and all PRRA officers are working H&c application
mean time Consider yourself lucky soon you will fine out it’s positive or negative

None of my business, but ppl are already panicked nor panicking
We're here to comfort each other.
I know there are some difficult cases , but words matter.
There are 1000000 ways to say to someone whose life is by the edge ( you have a hopeless case- your file will fail...etc)

maybe are not comfortable telling us informations about your case but try to improve your integration in canada if you have lived here for less than 3 years and prove the difficulty of leaving the country for exemple by demonstrating the unfavorable living conditions in your country of origin

I know how you feel.... our children are our everything in life... I wish you the best on your new challenge.
But unfortunately that's not enough...you need to work hard for H&C.

Public forum. You can be interested in immigration policy as a Canadian citizen. Don't think @BrazaRec would disagree that she/he was an economic immigrant and hired good lawyers and accountants who had a strategy to try and secure PR via H&C when the plan to secure a study permit was refused. I can be frustrated that Canada doesn't remove people, sometimes for decades, and allows people to keep reapplying for permits/visas while remaining in Canada. Also frustrated with tax evasion and underground banking hurting Canadian citizens. Great thing about Canada is that we can criticize government policies or how they are implemented.

Sorry @canuck78 but you dont know a thing about my life! I dont have money! I applied for a study permit because at that moment it was my chance but it does not mean I had money for it. So my process was denied and I fought hard to be able to apply for my H&C!
You have your thoughts but what we all need here is positivity and sharing good things. For many people here life in general is a daily struggle! You should take care a little to say what you think.
