Recieved AOR for my child's PR card renewal, application was delivered on 5-Jan-2021.

I received AOR email yesterday, log in to the ECAS, it says the system cannot find anything under the UCI. Then today I logged in again, then saw "decision made".

Hi. If anyone can help or suggest. I called IRCC number few days back n they told me that my PR card was sent via mail to Calgary local office on 31-Dec and the local office in Calgary will cal for an appointment to pick up. It is preset 17-Feb and no appointment email from them. Can u tel what should I do pls?

There is nothing much you can do apart from sending webform to check on the status. You can also request for GCMS notes to determine why was it sent to Calgary Office for pick up instead of being mailed to you. Unfortunately due to Covid they may take months to send you the appointment email. If you need to travel urgently then you can request them to process it on urgent basis through your MP however you will have to provide proof of urgency.

No, they don't send emails. However, if you have linked your application to "MyCIC" account, they send an email that status has changed (Approved)
