valid job offer - what if i put yes? without having lmia

what should i do i recently got ITA and i put yes to valid job offer, however my profile didnot include any points . can i change it now?

Just state No. add an LOE stating the reason why you’re saying no (e.g., done in error, not claiming points, etc.)

Is your application document checklist asking for an offer of employment letter? If not, I think it’s okay to leave it as it is.

So your app is already in progress? If your CRS didn’t include 50 points for the job offer in the first place, it should be fine as the case analyst/officer has nothing to deduct.

How did you know that your eligibility is recommended passed? Did you order your notes? As that’s the only way to 100% confirm that the case analyst didn’t check for job offer points.

Thank you for your response . I called IRCC and was told on 2 different occasions that it’s recommended pass. I have however, order the GCMS notes again.

Technically, the only requirement is to maintain MEC and CRS score above the cut off all through out the app, that’s it. However, it’s recommended to add an LOE for the applicant’s peace of mind.
