Hi I am a student admitted to May 2021 intake and just got OPR yesterday. I applied in mainland China through EAPP stream.
Below is my timeline:
2020/12/3 Submit
2020/12/18 Take Medical Exam
2020/12/23 Medical Exam Passed
2021/1/15 Eligibility Reviewing
2021/2/16 CL
2021/2/17 OPR

Almost 2.5 weeks and still pending at eligibility review. Class starts in May and I need to submit my resignation with 3 months notice. Not sure how this will work out

Maybe try to wf IRCC and tell them that you are about to enroll soon and do need a valid study permit?

Got my refusal today. Reason : I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
