How will we know that our application was transferred to another VO? Will the CPC-Ottawa notify us?

The ones that have already been transferred to Ottawa in January have less chance of getting transferred to another VO right?

I said, "The new files are getting routed to these New VO although they are getting email that their file moved to PA country of residence." Files at Ottawa will be getting processed within a short time period now.

Email - Transferred to Ottawa: December 17
Medical Passed: Jan. 12, 2021

I think so too. Last one was 49 days ago on dec 31. Don’t know what they are doing
