I received BIL first and then AOR 25 minutes later or so. I guess it will eventually showup.

Is GCMS updated in real-time? For example, does it change to start if security starts? I guess it shows "not started" even though security started. GCMS seems to be updated if security is done. What do you think? Did anybody ask an agent when you called IRCC?

When you request GCMS, they usually pull data 1 week later and send the GCMS notes 3 more weeks later. So, that way its not Realtime. But my GCMS clearly shows all steps done in July 2020. But Security has not started since July 2020. Info sharing is in progress. But Info sharing can be like this even till last moment (seen a COPR case with info sharing In progress via GCMS almost till last minute).

I don't think your work permit will interfere with your PR application, since you can apply for PR from outside Canada. What might interfere is the fact that you applied under PNP and you didn't clarify which stream was that. If your stream required you to have a qualified job in order to get the nomination then I would say that you need a work permit and a qualified job in order to still qualify for PR. Again, your lawyer should know better.

When we call IRCC, an agent accesses GCMS and lets us know the status. I think it is not updated when security starts but when security is done. GCMS seems to be updated whenever a result comes out.

It means you might order too many GCMS note in the short period of time so it can't be complete in time or might get delay for the result.
