Money withdraw after aip

Hi guys!!! Please help me!!! I want to know something ....Is it dangerous to withdraw money from bank account that is used for showing funds for Canadian student visa????

I've been advice to leave it until you get your study permit approved, or even until you enter Canada. You may be asked upon arrival to show proof of your financial support.
