BOWP cancelled, can I apply again?

I had to leave on Jan 26 Canada while my PR application and BOWP was in process. While I was away, I got PR approval but since I was outside Canada, the decision got reverted and my application is back in the process. My BOWP has cancelled status (probably because PR was approved).

Now, I am back in Canada so can I re-apply for BOWP to maintain my status while I wait to hear back on the PR?

Do you still hold a valid work permit? You must have a valid work permit at the time your BOWP application is received by IRCC.
