My TOEFL Score is of 2018 and due to Covid I couldnt get my CAQ on time.

I had a valid Toefl score when i started my CAQ and study permit . But due to covid CAQ got delayed and due to which my visa application was delayed. Now its more than two years for the Toefl Score( I have the offical letter of scores with me), do I have to retake Toefl?

TOEFL is valid only for 2 years. I think you do need to retake it.

Yes. After two years the letter you have is invalid.
