Thank you! Yes, they returned it to me by mail and told me what needed to be fixed. I had to resubmit everything because some things were expired by the time they sent it back to me.

Wait for the IVR and press options 2110.
Generally there’s atleast 40 mins of wait time, opt for call back and provide your phone number
PCC was present in the list of documents required from PA. Did you not include it along with the package?
Is this a different one they asked you again?
Assuming it’s for PA.
I did not include it because it is not required upon submission at the country where my husband currently live and work. This is because the Police in that country require direct letter from CIC in order to process the PCC. We only included PCC for his country of Origin. Police certificate protocol is different for everyone, depending on where the PA resides, that is why they are now requesting us to submit it now, with the added letter that the police of that country needs in order to process it.
