just concerned my minimum wage can be a hurdle while applying for the PR ?

Hi, if you are applying under the Canadian Experience Class. You must have been paid a wage (or earned a commission) but there is no minimum wage requirement for your qualifying work experience.

It may or may not be a problem. It depends on your occupation. Sometimes IRCC will say that you aren't actually doing a supervisor job if you are only being paid minimum wage. What's your NOC?

NOC - B 6311 (food service supervisor).

If you work in Tim's as supervisor always make sure your pay is above minimum wage NEVER MINIMUM WAGE.

Median wage wage for a supervisor is minmum wage? Shouldn’t there be a difference between the median wages of normal employees and supervisors?

from the last four months its above minimum.
will it still be a bad option to go with.
or i should wait for 8 more months.

ps i am from a small town in bc.
job bank shows low and median wage for my noc 14.60(minimum wage)

You need the last 3 or 4 pay checks to prove your salary and work. If you are a little bit more than the minimum wage, I think it is enough to prove that you are a supervisor.

I added recent paystubs and last year T4 and NOA.
AOR 14th April
still waiting.
