H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Often times I read comments and it's so hard and stressful waiting on a decision. Most Lawyers don't really care and is just in it for the money. I believe if most people sit and do a very indepth research they'll see what exactly is immigration looking for. Also, don't stress so much because its bad for your health. I've gotten to a point where I try to engage myself in many activities at home mainly to keep myself active and happy. There are times I forget that I'm waiting for a decision. There's also times where I start making a plan B in the event things doesn't work out.
I do have a lawyer but she's through legal aid. I don't even know what's the purpose of her because I did all the work on my file. I also went through each page of what they submitted to immigration. Luckily I did because there were so many errors that they had to fix. You think your lawyer cares? Nope you're just another pay cheque to pay their bills. Invest in yourself by seeking information that will help you. Don't ever take your lawyers word for it.

I'm not sure I understand your comment, but it is not compulsory to put an identity document with the letters of your friends, you can just write their name, address, number, email etc ... (at 99.99 % they will not be contacted but just to give a professional form to the letter)
I would say ID is important because that will make the officer feel more confident that the letter is legit. They also like to match the signatures on both letter and ID.
I did everything in my application !
the lawyer just gave me advices and I hired him for $ 3500 just to have a more professional file, he did nothing in my case, I was the one who prepared the big explanatory letter and i also prepared all proofs..
is it the same with all law firms or just because i have a bad lawyer ?

They do nothing, you have to build your story, get your proofs and recommendations. They don't even follow up for you.
Definitely, the more items in an application to proof genuinity is the better.
I am sure that you will have your permanent residence and you will find a solution sooner or later.Establishment and welfare of a child.

your file according to this general information seems very strong but you really have to explain what exactly are the humanitarian reasons and the consequences on the applicants or any other person affected. the fact of having a stable job here is a good argument which proves the integration as well as your long years here is a very good argument but it can be sometimes not a really humanitarian reason.
Anyway I try to reduce my anxiety
and I pray to god that the officer who will processmy case is not like the one who processed yourshe has nothing to do with humanity and compassion, this H&C officer !
the fact of being a citizen of the european union or of a developed country or a national a lot of privileges ( like EU citizens can live in any other EU country) maybe can negatively infect the H&C application but i have already read on the federal court website americans ( citizens of a very devlopped nation), spanish, bulgarians and czechs who accepted their judicial control after the refusal
That person did not do medicals before aip.sometimes ircc do make mistakes. I went to the other forum and started looking at timeline from.page one that's where I saw that.i had not even file my application at that time
