Urgent: Can I go outside of Canada If my CEC inland EE application still under process?

Hey Guys,
I plan to go back to my home country because of my father is sick and in hospital recently. While I just got CEC AOR on Oct 7th 2020, my application still under process it said the expected coop date is April 7th 2021. I still have valid work permit until 2022. My question is should I inform immigration office about the address change and if I go outside Canada it will cause some issue about my PR process?
I found some one said immigration office will check your recent travel history and may be revoke the PR card if your address not match?

If you’re going to be out of Canada for an indeterminate amount of time, inform IRCC to change your country of residence via webform.

The program you applied for depends on your work experience not the country of residence. Plus this gets locked at AOR. So you’ll stay under CEC.

The processing time won’t be affected. However, if you get your COPR when you’re in India, you have to inform IRCC that your outside Canada as your other visas are automatically cancelled. You can’t travel with COPR alone, you’ll need PRTD to return to Canada. Search in this forum, if this happens, IRCC will inform you to return to Canada using your work visa/permit and they’ll issue your COPR once you’re back in Canada.

If you are moving yes, if you are just visiting temporarily for a few weeks/months, NO.

Hi I am also in a similar kind of situation and planning to travel outside of Canada while CEC pr application is in process. Hiw long can we stay outside Canada. All I see is few months. But do we have a number? 2 months or 6 months? Also I am having a BOWP and a valid TRV till 2022. So in this case shal I travel for 6-8 months and come back before they get expired?

Warning Note: you CAN travel BUT if for any chance your PR CEC process is finalized while you are outside Canada you WON’T get the CoPR unless you comeback to Canada (all the process will be halted). You CAN’T get CoPR in Border now because covid restrictions. You will have to flight back and then inform IRCC that you are inside Canada to provide Canadian address and answer the phone call so you can do inland landing
