Withdrawing Provident Fund (PF) amount in India

As far as I know form 15 is required if your pf is less than 5 years and this is to avoid tax deduction on money recieved.

Yes, no issues in particular, just followed the process on epfo website and gave sensible answers. I don't recall process exactly but remember it being fairly smooth. Money was deposited in account within 1-2 weeks.
