Hello, Please I'd like to hear your view on this case.

My wife is a Phillipines and I’m from Kenya. We both lived in Uk. She was the primary applicant and I also did Ielts and ECA for our application so we can get ITA. Fortunately we got our PR and we both did our landing in 2019 but she went back to UK after a month in Canada . She came back like 3months after that and spend another one month in Canada and she went back to UK. It’s been more than a year now since we saw each and things already fall apart between us.
So we both decided to divorce with no default which means we both agreed to do it and no issues from both party.

now I’m planning to get married like 3months after our divorcé with a girl back home.

my question is, will IRRC flag my case because my first wife (now ex)returned to UK?
Are they gonna deny my new sponsorship application ?
Are they gonna contact her for questioning (my ex)?
Is there anything I need to be aware of .

I meed your advise here. Anything you can think of. Thank you so much .

This will cause a careful review of your application. They won't deny a sponsorship application solely because of this, but they will work to confirm that the relationship is genuine.

I am assuming that your first marriage was not entered into for the purpose of getting PR status.

You just need to prove your new relationship is solid. So as much proof as possible. You always get a delay for having a previous spouse. Mainly to check if you or them claimed Social Security.

I had a previous sponsored spouse as well.
I'm not sure what they're checking for outside of that but they won't call your ex for anything. Only your new wife if they need to prove your new relationship is real. Hope that helps.

It wasn’t based on that . We were together for 5years and 3yrs of marriage . We agreed to be best friends. It is painful and heartbreaking but I have to move on. Thanks for your concerns
