Hi Friends, one quick question? Is the PDF letter from HR with wet signature acceptable for proof of income or should it be a signed hard copy? It has all the details though.
My HR team that manages the employee verification is based out of usa and they could only send a pdf attachment.
Please let me know did anyone submit scanned letter and if it was accepted by IRCC

I did, as long as the adress and phone number to your employers are on the pdf its fine.
