work experience in internal audit & compliance

Hello everyone,

I have a work experience of 3 years(2017 to 2020) in internal audit which includes review of financial systems, financial policies, operational processes, business processes too. By qualification, I am a member of ACCA, UK & a commerce degree holder.
Prior to internal audit, i was in internal control & compliance(2011 - 2014).
1. Kindly guide me should i apply under the NOC code of 1111 - Financial auditors and accountants. Would the current experience is covered in this code?
2. What are the supporting i should submit in my application?

Job titles are not the determiner so no one can tell you what NOC code you should use without knowing what your job duties were.
Whichever NOC you use, the supporting documentation you must submit is a work experience letter from your employer giving your start and end dates, salary, benefits (if any) and a detailed job description.

Unfortunately, i haven't proceeded with the formalities . However, upon enquiry with my peers they had advised me to apply through NOC code of 1111 relevant to the audit field.

But personally, i couldnt proceed last year and planning to apply in April 2021.

Oh okay. Thanks alot for your revert. It was really helpful. All the best for your application. I'll be applying sometime in April-May as well. I'll update this feed for reference of all future Internal Audit applicants.
