Inter Company transfer Vs Job Offer - Express Entry

I am on the Inter company transfer from India to Canada & working in Canada for more than 2 years now.
Will my Inter company offer qualify for a valid job offer as per the Express Entry rules?

I am really sorry.... It was together at the same time that I missed looking at dates and replied thinking they were new posts, from a search result.
